1995 Shanghai Shibang Powder Machinery Co.,Ltd was founded.（SBM was founded）
1996 Chuansha production base was run completed and put into service in Jinqiao South Area, Pudong District, Shanghai.
1998 High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill, the 2nd gerenration product developed by SBM itself, was successfully launched;
Zhuqiao production base was completed in Nanhui Area, Pudong District,Shanghai.(Chuansha & Zhuqiao production base were completed in Pudong district, Shanghai)
1999 SBM began to explore in the international market.
2000 The company was renamed to Shanghai Shibang Machinery Co.,Ltd;
Straight Centrifugal Grinding Mill developed by SBM, was patented by the state; The first machine exported by SBM was successfully installed and commissioned in Kazakstan.
2001 Zhuqiao production base underwent an expansion.
2002 Pendulum Grinder of 6 rollers designed by SBM was well reviewed by experts. SBM functioned as intership base of technical students from 2 universities.
2003 First 21 fresh graduates from 4 famous universities joined SBM;
SBM became a member of Association of Foreign Trade Enterprise in Pudong District.
2004 SBM passed the external audit of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System authentication smoothly.
2005 The R&D center set up. SBM passed ISO 9001:2000 authentication
2006 MTM Medium Speed Trapezium Mill & S Super Thin Mill developed by SBM were launched. Top 5 centers of the group company were established, then SBM gained leaping development of group-oriented management pattern.
2007 SBM successfully developed a new type of VSI, the sand-making machine; SBM successfully developed HPC Series Cone Crusher; (6 machines have been designed and invented since founded) All the products of SBM passed the authentication ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
2008 The new site of SBM’s head office moved in Jianye Road, Jinqiao South Area, Pudong District, Shanghai. The ground breaking ceremony of the industrial park with plants in 30,000 square meters, office building and laboratory in 90,000 square meters was held.
